Highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their growing team in Denver. This is an exciting opportunity to support attorneys working on complex, high-profile projects across infrastructure, real estate, clean energy, and environmental sectors.


About the Opportunity

This firm is known for its collaborative culture, impactful work, and strong reputation across multiple practice areas. The Legal Assistant will play a key role in supporting a team of attorneys and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and legal support to a team of 5-7 attorneys
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage document organization and file systems
  • Conduct conflict checks and assist with opening new matters
  • Handle time entry, billing support, and pre-bill review
  • Coordinate calendars, CLE tracking, and expense reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients
  • Offer occasional front desk/reception backup support
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of Legal Assistant experience in a law firm environment
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
  • Work Model: Hybrid (up to 3 days remote/week)
